The Common Spirit Health / Dignity Health Advanced Ambulatory Care Center is a new outpatient healthcare development in Folsom Ranch. The facility is planned to provide specialty medical services, outpatient surgical care and advanced healthcare technology to serve the growing Folsom and Sacramento communities.
Special Highlights:
The project represents the first phase of a planned healthcare campus expansion in Folsom Ranch. Designed by Perkins&Will and developed by NexCore Group, the facility will provide modern outpatient treatment spaces and expanded access to specialized healthcare services.
