1,250,000 Sq foot California State Office Building. California Dept of General Services largest office complex to date.
Special Highlights:
The Coffey Building Group provided design assistance, furnished, and installed all suspended and specialty ceilings throughout the project, including a unique pre-function room and a state-of-the-art auditorium. This expansive complex functions as a self-contained city, featuring a café, daycare, auditoriums, lobbies, conference rooms, and a mix of open-concept and private office spaces, among other amenities. In addition, the facility was designed and constructed to meet LEED Gold Certification standards and stands as the largest all-electric, net-zero carbon building complex in the United States.
