Special Highlights: Our team assisted with budgets through design to completion keeping the project within budget. We aided in Value Engineering design for the exterior water management system.

Terminal B
Description: 424,000 SF terminal B and 316,000 SF concourse includes a 19 gate passenger concourse with international arrivals facility, office space and people mover. A LEED Silver certified project.

Scopes of Work: Metal stud, drywall, acoustical ceilings and fireproofing
Special Highlights: The team provided 1.5 years of design assist and value engineering options as well as extensive scheduling coordination. the project finished three months early and $70M under budget. Earned 2011 Construction Excellence Gold award for ceilings - Western Region.

Mondavi Center for the Performing Arts
Davis, CA
Description: This state of the art structure serves as venue for local and world-reknowned performances. The facade is a large glass paneled lobby surrounded by sandstone, which also lines the interior walls.
